Make up classes

A make up class may awarded when your child will miss one of their regular classes. Please advise us via the customer portal prior to the lesson that you will miss in order to be eligible to make it up later. The earlier you can advise us the better, as this allows others to book a make up class it this spot. Make up classes will not be awarded if you have not advised us prior to the class time.

Any make up class needs to be used as soon as possible but will be available for 26 weeks from the missed class, you do not need a medical certificate to get a make up class - things happen, we trust you!

The Student must be Enrolled with a permanent spot to be eligible to book a make up class. 

Make up classes can not be used in lieu of a regular paid class.

Make up classes are booked at home via the customer portal. The reception staff are more than happy to show you how to access the portal if you need some help.
